Kilderkin Distillery is the first distillery in Ballarat since the early 1900s and is an artisan producer of gin, whisky and liqueurs. Housed in a refurbished warehouse Kilderkin Distillery offers a unique space for business meetings and events with capacity for hosting up to 60 people. AV equipment is available and a range of catering options can be provided.
For more intimate meetings or a breakout space there is a separate room with capacity for up to 16 people.
Staff team building experiences are also available including gin school with participants creating and distilling their own gin, candle-making using repurposed botanicals from a gin distillation and tour and taste experiences. Or work with us to create your own bespoke and personalised experience.
